Josu Hernández writes about the first study to render an object fully invisible to the naked eye

A research group of the INRS (Canada), has developed a new technique of full-field broadband invisibility. For first time, they report experimental concealment through a customized and reversible redistribution of the illumination frequency content, allowing the wave to propagate through the object of interest while preventing any interaction between wave and object.
